Born in Connecticut, owner Dan Biagioni along with his executive chef has a combined experience of 40 years in the catering, restaurant and food preparation industry. A graduate of Quinnipiac University, Dan has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and previously worked at Jordan Catering & Event Planning as Director of Sales.

For the last 8 years, Carisa Lockery has owned and operated CR Socials Event Planning, where she planned and executed many weddings and events. From day-of service to full event planning, Carisa has helped many clients and couples create the event or wedding of their dreams. She knows that the details are truly what personalizes any type of event, along with delicious food! Although Spice Catering Group has had a strong business relationship with Carisa for many years, we are happy to officially have her on our team as our Marketing & Event Manager!
Carisa has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Albertus Magnus College and a Master of Business Administration Degree. In addition, she holds an event planning certification from the QC Event School.
Carisa currently resides in Cheshire, CT with her husband and 2 young sons.

Tim Scott started his career in cooking while in Boston before attending La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris for Culinary Arts. After school, he developed his career working in the kitchens of Scoozzi, Bruxelles, Max Amore, Wadsworth Atheneum, Pond House Café, Jordan Caterers and Geronimo as Executive Chef before taking the helm of Spice Catering Group. Tim’s civic involvements include Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation, American Liver Foundation’s Flavors of Connecticut, Shakespeare in the Park, and Board Member of the Connecticut Restaurant Association. Accolades include 3 time winner of CT Chilifest for Creative Chili, Best Table at Flavors of Connecticut and Best Food at Taste of the Nation.
Tim is married and has 6 wonderful children and resides in Prospect, CT.
