Jeff and I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you so much for all you did for us on our wedding day. You guy's did an "amazing" job! The food was absolutely delicious and our guests are still raving about it saying that the food and presentation was the best they have ever seen at a wedding. Also a special thank you to the wonderful staff you have. They were very professional and accommodating, even taking the time to go over the menu with one of our guests who required gluten free food. Thank you again, we will certainly recommend you to anyone who needs a great wedding caterer!

The reports from last nights event have been extremely enthusiastic! Everyone loved the food and raved about your staff. Wesleyan's entertaining and catering needs are very unique and to find a caterer who can come in, serve great food, and make such a good impression on faculty has been a challenge for many departments. We wanted you to know how special everything was at our anniversary party last Saturday. It looked wonderful and everything tasted even better! People were fascinated with the passed appetizers, and how clever to have thought of the Jersey Shore sliders and mini milk shakes where Bob and I first met.
We also appreciate the wait staff, they were very attentive, friendly and thoughtful. Thanks again for the special care in making our 50th anniversary party so special. We wish you a very successful future!

Gala

As the event planner for Griffin Hospital, I had the pleasure of working closely with Dan and his staff at Spice Catering Group to plan our 2010 Gala in New Haven. Dan and his staff provided outstanding service and expertise in the planning and execution of this year's event. Dan worked with me to create a wonderful menu within my budget. Dan is a pleasure to work with and the food and presentations were incredible! We look forward to working with Spice Catering for next years Gala.
