Born in Connecticut, owner Dan Biagioni along with his executive chef has a combined experience of 40 years in the catering, restaurant and food preparation industry. A graduate of Quinnipiac University, Dan has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and previously worked at Jordan Catering & Event Planning, in Cheshire..
